Scheduling

While walk-in guests are certainly welcome, making an appointment is recommended to ensure your preferred time. To schedule, please call our friendly Guest Services team at 865-694-9007 or click the “Book Now” button at the top of this page. When booking, please notify us if you have high blood pressure, a physical ailment, allergies, or if you are pregnant.

ARRIVAL TIME

Spa clients should plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start of their  appointment. Spa clients are welcome to arrive as early as desired to make use of our spa amenities. Late arrival may limit the length of your service, as we must accommodate the next guest. We appreciate your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to our providers and other clients, we kindly request that you provide a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. A one-week notice is requested for spa packages and parties.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened and unused products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, you may exchange an opened and minimally used product within 14 days of purchase.


SPA ATTIRE

We provide luxurious robes and slippers to our spa guests. It is not necessary to wear undergarments during your treatment, but please disrobe according to your preference. Our staff is professionally trained on proper draping techniques to ensure your comfort and protect your privacy.

CELL PHONES

Spa Visage is a place of relaxation and tranquility. Please be mindful of other guests and silence your cell phone while in the facility. If you need to take a phone call, we kindly request that you step outside of the spa area if other clients are present.

MINORS

Children should not be left unsupervised while in the facility and are asked to refrain from disturbing other guests. Minors under the age of 16 are required by law to be accompanied by a parent or guardian while receiving a spa treatment. Minors under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to receive a spa treatment.

All information is volunteered and collected for the purpose of serving you more effectively. All financial transactions are handled through an authorized, third party merchant provider.
